General Requirements:
Male / female, Min. 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
At least 3 years experience in training, job analysis, job evaluation & organizational development
Good command in English
Strong communication skill and analytical
Must be willing to work in Karawang Barat
